KLDiscovery , one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is seeking New York licensed attorneys to assist with litigation support for Article 81 guardianship cases. Qualified candidates will help ensure guardianship providers comply with statutory and contractual requirements, reduce delays in case discharge, and participate in protecting vulnerable adults. The role includes reviewing court filings, monitoring program performance, identifying compliance issues, and appearing in state court on behalf of the agency. This role is a contract-based position and offers competitive hourly compensation. The duration of the project is expected to be six months. This role is on-site and will require commuting to and from civil courts in New York City.
