With a keen understanding that timing is paramount, we employ a systematic approach that combines robust algorithmic trading with exhaustive cross-asset market analysis. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an operations professional to join the existing team. This role can be based remotely from Switzerland or onsite. This position is to help cover the late shift, working hours will be 15:00-23:00 What you’ll be doing: As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for: - Supporting the Operations team. Your duties include organizing internal documentation, assisting with reconciliations, handling queries and ad-hoc reporting, and supporting settlement and corporate action processes. - Helping with daily position and cash reconciliations. - Assisting with system connectivity setup and user testing. You will also be interfacing with: - The technology team, to improve workflow and reporting automation, as well as to increase scalability. - Our compliance team, particularly with the maintenance of automated order filtering and management of exceptions. - Treasury act...
