The Role: The Head of Central Operations is responsible for designing, building and continuously improving the operational infrastructure that enables the Anytime Fitness franchise network to scale with consistency, efficiency and strong unit‑level performance. The role owns the systems, processes, platforms, playbooks and programs required to enable franchisees and the Franchise Performance team to execute effectively across every club. Working closely with UK Central Operations and internal stakeholders, the role ensures scalable solutions are embedded, operational friction is removed, and performance can be delivered consistently across the network.
