Cozen O'Connor (Washington, D.C.) is hiring an entry-level Paralegal to join our Criminal Defense and Investigations group. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, pro-active, and possesses a strong academic record. Candidate should also possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills; comfort with prioritizing and balancing a variety of tasks is critical. The ideal candidate enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced and dynamic legal practice. The candidate will be expected to work in the office full-time, 5 days per week, to be flexible in terms of availability with overtime occasionally. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,00 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
