This role exists to bring ownership, structure, and accountability to one of the most critical growth levers in the business. We are hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to own growth strategy, paid acquisition, and commercial growth execution for one of our core brands. This is a hands-on, execution-critical leadership role. It is not about high-level strategy decks without implementation. You are expected to combine strategic thinking with deep operational involvement across acquisition, funnel optimisation, retention, experimentation, and scaling.
