Mission As a Data Engineer , you design, build and maintain reliable data solutions that ensure secure, efficient and scalable data flows across the organization. You bring clarity to complex data ecosystems and contribute directly to ING’s data‑driven strategy by enabling seamless analytics, automation and decision‑making. You work autonomously in an Agile environment, transforming business requirements into robust technical solutions and ensuring that ING’s data architecture remains resilient, compliant and future‑ready. About the team: You’ll join the Analytics Centre of Expertise within the Customer Interactions Tribe , a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment bringing together Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists and IT partners. The team combines technical expertise with analytical thinking and a strong business understanding.
