Description Position Summary: The Property Management Specialist supports the operational, maintenance, and property management needs of the organization through hands-on fieldwork, preventative maintenance, training support, equipment oversight, and quality assurance. This role works closely with Property Managers, Regional Supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure properties, equipment, and services are maintained at the highest level of quality, safety, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple responsibilities across various properties and projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Property Maintenance & Operations: Complete assigned punch lists, maintenance tasks, and projects in a timely manner while providing consistent communication regarding progress and completion status.
