Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY TransMedics is seeking an IT Business Partner to support the implementation, optimization, and strategic evolution of enterprise systems across Supply Chain. This role serves as a key bridge between business leadership and IT, ensuring enterprise platforms and digital capabilities are aligned with operational priorities, compliance requirements, and the company’s long-term growth strategy. The IT Business Partner will collaborate closely with functional leaders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities to leverage technology, data, and automation, and help define the digital roadmap for core enterprise processes. This role will drive process standardization, improve data integrity and reporting capabilities, and help scale systems and workflows to support a growing, regulated organization.
