Macmahon are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the safe and reliable operations of underground electrical systems across our mining operations. This role is responsible for electrical compliance, maintenance strategy, asset performance and team leadership to support safe, efficient production across Macmahon’s underground operations . - Mon – Fri | Perth based role - Occasional site travel | Flights & camp accommodation provided - Attractive remuneration package About the role: - Manage underground electrical distribution, instrumentation, and control systems to maintain reliability and minimise downtime - Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and plant - Develop and implement electrical standards, procedures, and maintenance strategies aligned with site and legislative requirements - Ensure compliance with relevant state mining legislation, electrical standards, and site safety systems - Act as Electrical Nominee or statutory supervisor when required - Manage contractors and OEMs across projects and sustaining work - Support site growth projects, upgrades, and infrastructure expansion - Drive continuous improvement...
