Job description

The Automation Controls Co Op position for student in the chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering or computer science fields at the SI Group. The position will provide an opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience at a chemical production facility in a part-time capacity while finishing their education. The successful applicants will be mentored by experienced engineers in their field on assignments that range from small capital projects to supporting day to day activities. In addition to the specific assigned projects / tasks, the student will have the opportunity to spend time interacting with and or shadowing various functions on site (production, logistics, lab, maintenance). 1. AspenOne Process Explorer Graphics and Documentation 2. Process and Control System Configuration 3. Control Systems Diagrams and Documentation 4.
