Responsibilities: The Account Manager is responsible for Multiple Asset Management accounts within Bio-Medical Services, Inc as well as non-BSI accounts. The Manager has responsibility for the day to day operation of the accounts, communication of and customer satisfaction with the programs, financial tracking (pertaining to service costs) and oversight of the accounts, as well as the direct supervision of the onsite staff. Besides the daily Managerial responsibilities they are still required to be hands on and perform BioMed technical tasks. The Account Manager is ultimately responsible for the successful management of the BSI accounts under their care.
