Room Reservation Sales Agent

Job description

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for Canad Inns guests. It will be their duty to exhibit respect, courtesy, and helpfulness when addressing guest inquiries. Through telephone interactions, the candidate will strive to provide assistance for guest queries, ensuring a positive conclusion to the call. This role offers approximately 30 hours per week. Availability is required on Sundays, along with recurring shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving by responding to all inbound calls. - Adhere to Canad Inns Call Quality Program. - Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service while corresponding with the Guest. - Create and maintain reservations according to our set policies and procedures. - All other duties as assigned. - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Minimum of High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience/education. - Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and wear a headset. - Steller attendance and punctuality is...
