Description Job Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) works hand in hand with the GM to support profitable growth and the day-to-day operation of the BonaDent laboratory in Augusta, Georgia. This role is a hands-on leader who partners with the General Manager to drive on-time delivery, quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and team development. The AGM helps coordinate workflows across departments, reinforces standard operating procedures, and serves as a key technical and relationship resource for dentists and internal teams, ensuring cases are completed to BonaDent standards.
