Role Summary Director Clinical Operations is the leadership position for the US Clinical Operations under Clinical Services division in Novotech. This role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of clinical trial execution, with direct leadership accountability for CTLs, CRAs/Monitors, and Clinical Operations Managers. This role leads strategic initiatives work with other functional management to develop clinical implementation process. This role owns delivery, quality, timelines, and operational performance and is expected to lead, scale, and remediate clinical teams in a fast-paced CRO environment. Responsibilities: - Provide financial oversight, reporting, and implementing business efficiencies so that operating costs are well contained, and target revenues are achieved in clinical operations area. - Work with Business Development to ensure appropriate support is provided for generating new business and make a smooth landing for newly awarded projects. - Function as an ambassador for Novotech when dealing with external parties in all communications including client meetings, conferences, professional association meetings, investigator meetings, and other business events. - Lead...
