SCHEDULE: Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday. The Receiver receives stock and places it in the proper storage areas. Places orders as instructed. Also sweeps, mops, and cleans as needed. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures proper rotation of product and adheres to FIFO at all times. Performs general sanitation i.e. wipe walls, sweep under shelves, clean equipment, etc. Ensures proper receiving policies, including taking temperatures of TCS items.
