Associate Supply Chain Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX . This position is responsible for working with customers, suppliers, and associated stakeholders to achieve solution delivery expectation in support of escalated requirements as part of our Boeing Global Services (BGS) Emergent Requirements Team. The ideal candidate will have the willingness to learn and strive to demonstrate a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and have a desire to provide world-class customer support. This will be a variable shift , indicating that the candidate will be responsible for working weekends from Friday to Sunday at 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m . The training period for this position will be 4-6 months , including a schedule of Monday – Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Position Responsibilities: - Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions - Coordinate the activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g. AOG) - Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution - Act as a...
