Citi’s Leveraged Finance Underwriting (LFU) team is seeking a Vice President, Credit Underwriter to support and lead underwriting for leveraged lending transactions across sponsor‑backed and corporate clients. This role sits at the center of Citi’s leveraged lending platform, partnering closely with Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Legal, and Risk. The VP will play a key role in transaction underwriting, credit approval, portfolio management, and early problem recognition, while helping strengthen Citi’s end‑to‑end leveraged lending credit governance framework. This position offers high visibility, meaningful deal exposure, and clear progression within one of Citi’s most strategic credit franchises.
