Description Production Line Support The Fremont Company | Fremont, OH | Full-Time The Fremont Company — a family-owned food manufacturer with over 120 years in Fremont — is hiring a Production Line Support team member to help keep our facility running safely and efficiently. What you'll do: - Operate a forklift to transport pallets, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility - Support production line operations by staging, moving, and replenishing materials - Assist with loading and unloading - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Work closely with production and warehouse teams to hit daily goals What you bring: - Valid forklift certification required - Ability to work on your feet in a manufacturing environment - Reliable, team-first attitude - Prior food manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus What we offer: - Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision - A stable, family-owned company where people stick around
