Company Overview Red 6 is an innovative Augmented Reality (AR) technology startup leading the way in synthetic air combat training. Our primary technology, supporting our ATARS product, enables pilots to simulate the cognitive challenges of flying while accessing realistic, scalable training in dynamic outdoor environments. We are seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on hardware engineering, software engineering, and product roles. This role will sit onsite at our Denver office 2 days per week and partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to deliver exceptional talent across a variety of highly technical disciplines. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer, for complex engineering positions while providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, software, and product roles including intake, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
