ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform transaction review on a daily basis - Reconcile initiated transactions against bank data - Prepare monthly and quarterly client-facing reports and presentations for various business units - Perform quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and minimize risk - Apply business judgment to identify unusual activities and escalate issues as appropriate - Drive Organizational Change: Review existing team processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or streamlining. Serve as a subject matter expert to external partners and efficiently communicate project updates to internal stakeholders. - Control & Compliance: Ensure effective and consistent compliance with control procedures, risk controls, and high-quality assurance standards. Review, update, and create procedures. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree required. - 0-2 years of relevant professional experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
