Here at UPP we have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Technician (Electrical) to work as part of our team at Nottingham University in providing both a planned and responsive maintenance service specialising in electrical and mechanical repairs. This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is up to £38,110 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications. Please note that a current manual UK Driving Licence is essential for this role. Key responsibilities include: Undertake maintenance within the residences in a safe working environment, assessing all Health and Safety issues before work commences and report any hazards identified to the relevant Manager. Carry out reactive maintenance in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and provide front line response for all plant and installation work.
