TORTILLA Maker Primary Tasks & Responsibilities: Prepare corn and flour tortillas, make sure you leave everything ready for the next schedule: - Enough Tortillas ready for the beginning of the AM/PM shifts. - Dough PREPARED AND READY to start - Flour balls thawed and ready in tray - Be aware of and follow all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work area; FOR THE NEXT AM PM SCHEDULE - Be able to assist in other positions within the restaurant as needed and other assigned duties. Compensation: $16.00 per hour: Born into a family with 15 children, Jose Ramirez was "lucky number 7."
