Responsibilities: The purchasing team consists of five buyers and is responsible for sourcing direct and indirect materials, particularly for the Norderstedt production site, as well as merchandise and contract manufacturing. You are responsible for raw materials and material groups, and will work with your stakeholders to develop and implement structured product group strategies In addition, you analyze procurement markets, price trends, and cost structures, and use this information to develop appropriate strategies You select international suppliers, conduct price and contract negotiations, and ensure a stable, reliable supply You assess risks along the supply chain and develop appropriate measures to mitigate them You also work proficiently with SAP MM, optimize purchasing processes, and ensure the quality of supplier master data You coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Development, and Supply Chain and support cross-functional projects In situations of supply shortages, you maintain an overview, prioritize affected materials, and coordinate the next steps with all relevant stakeholders Occasional travel within Europe (appr...
