Job Title: Director, Clinical Risk Management- Riedman Campus: (Full time: 8 am to 5 pm) Department: Operations, Professional: Location: Riedman Campus: 100 Kings Highway South Rochester, NY 14617 Hours Per Week: 40: Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm Position Summary: The Director is a key leadership position within the Quality and Safety Institute (QSI) at Rochester Regional Health. Working under the direction of the Vice President, Patient Safety Officer, and in partnership to other leaders across RRH, this role supports the Quality and Safety strategic pillar to provide the highest quality of care, free from preventable harm with best in-class service at the lowest cost. This role is responsible for the implementation and oversight of clinical risk management at Rochester Regional Health (RRH). The Director will utilize knowledge of clinical workflows, clinical risk management principles and patient safety best practices to provide leadership in improving and achieving program outcomes.
