Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing 100 % employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to support a space payload R&D group. This individual will directly support the execution of design, development, integration and testing efforts of multiple space payload programs . The candidate will work as an individual contributor and within a diverse, multi- discipline engineering team, and will be responsible for supporting payload design, der iving system requirements, assisting with system test and requirements verification . Responsibilities: Support system architecture development for space payload systems Derive, document, and manage system and subsystem requirements Maintain requirements traceability and support requirements verification and validation efforts Generate and maintain engineering documentation and technical artifacts Support system integration, testing, and verification activities Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple programs Identify risks, gaps, and deficiencies in system design and provide mitigation strategies Support and participate in program-level design reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR) Execute tasks independentl...
