Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an onsite Facilities Management Lead Associate who will serve as an interface with building management, service vendors and repair providers for Peraton facilities in Annapolis Junction, Maryland and the surrounding areas. Specifically, the Lead Associate will be responsible for the following: - Managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance of the facility to ensure all issues are addressed promptly. This includes serving as a liaison between program customers including customer points of contact at assigned site locations. Oversite for services such as custodial, equipment maintenance, repairs/maintenance and occasionally, capital improvement coordination. Responsible for coordination with vendors for service and repairs. - 24/7 point of contact for building emergencies and response coordination. - Works with the management team in assessing requirements, engineering evaluations and solutions, planning for modification or additional facility upgrades/improvements.
