Account Manager New Mexico – Territory Based: The Account Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding relationships with existing customers within the New Mexico and West Texas territory. This role partners closely with internal teams and regional leadership to ensure customers receive the right product solutions, training, and support while achieving territory sales goals. Responsibilities: Conduct regular sales calls to current and prospective customers within the assigned territory Grow sales of Phonak products by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships Promote and demonstrate new hearing technology and solutions Provide training on product fitting, fine-tuning, and software usage Partner with Regional Directors, Key Account Managers, trainers, and inside sales teams to support customer success Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate product solutions for customer clinics Negotiate pricing and support marketing strategies that drive customer business growth Support onboarding and training of new accounts Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity within Salesforce Manage expense reporting through Concur and ensu...
