This role sits within our Product Analytics Centre of Excellence, a team at the forefront of driving data-led decision making across the business. As a Customer Insights Analyst , you’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with product, pricing, and performance teams, you’ll help uncover opportunities, optimise outcomes, and influence decisions that directly impact customer experience and business performance. If you enjoy solving problems, working end-to-end, and seeing your insights drive real change, this is a role where you can make a tangible difference.
