Overview Eagle Metalcraft in East Syracuse is looking for an entry level Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in hands-on manufacturing work. The Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate will assist in printing, packaging as well as other shop duties. No prior experience is required—we provide training—but a strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team are essential. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate screen printing and pad printing equipment (training provided) - Packaging and unpacking delicate parts - Inspect printed parts for accuracy, alignment and defects - Follow work instructions, job travelers and production schedules - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Assist with other shop tasks as needed Remote Position: No Min Compensation: USD $17.00/Hr.
