Job description

The Senior Analyst of Clinical Operations Business Intelligence (COBI) leads knowledge management efforts to redesign care processes to optimize value (improve outcomes, patient satisfaction and reduce cost). This role provides strategic oversight for the development and governance of analytics dashboards that provide a single source of truth for reliable, meaningful and actionable insights. The Senior Analyst leads complex assessment and diagnostic of problems, architect scalable data analytics solutions, develops performance dashboards, and manages structured improvement initiatives, from transformational projects, to focused analytics development improvement events. The Senior Analyst also acts as a coach for his/her team and for any colleagues they interact with to help them establish mechanisms to sustain performance after the completion of projects. The Senior Analyst establishes and sustains strategic relationships with physicians, nurses, other clinicians and administrators to build support for change and sustainability efforts.
