Job description

The Workday Integrations Senior Principal Consultant will guide clients through the design, implementation, and support of Workday integration solutions, ensuring successful delivery across transformation and operational phases. This role involves collaborating closely with engagement managers, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions, while maintaining a high standard of delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Financials, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. Facilitate client workshops to gather integration requirements, validate design decisions, and align stakeholders on solution outcomes. Identify integration strategies, risks, and options; recommend best practices and mitigation approaches to meet client and functional requirements. Collaborate with functional, technical, and vendor teams to configure, test, and deploy integrations without impacting production environments.
