Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer in in Billings, MT. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Leadership: - Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop/maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment. Compliance: - Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion. Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, TO management, and proposal development for IDIQ work. Client Relations: Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and serve as the first point of contact for contract communication. - Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract deliverables.
