Lead Procurement Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Lead Procurement Analyst (Level 5) to join our Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington. In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals (onboard) while also designing and delivering training programs to support their professional development. You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Position Responsibilities: Communicates strategic initiatives, projects, or procurement activities Leads cross-functional process management activities: Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.
