TLT Ministry Partner Application Deadline: 30 April 2026: Department: Resonate Global Mission: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Grand Rapids, MI/Hybrid: Compensation: $64,413 / year: Description: PURPOSE Strengthen and expand the use of the Timothy Leadership Training (TLT) program primarily in Anglophone contexts. Maintain regular contact with ministries and churches that are using the training in leadership development programs. Consult with TLT coordinators and trainers concerning TLT methodology, requirements, and best practices, and develop curricular resources. This position is 36 hours/week and offers a flexible work schedule, an attractive benefits package (including retirement fund contribution), and three weeks of vacation.
