Deburrer - Complex - Experienced - Day Shift

Job description

Position Summary: This position is responsible for performing complex, repetitive deburring operations, interpreting blueprints and drawings, setting up and operating all deburring equipment and hand tools, polishing and cleaning parts, inspecting deburred parts and performing complex assembly operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform complex, repetitive deburring operations by removing excess metal and surface defects from parts. Interpret blueprints and drawings and follow manufacturing processes and procedures. Set up and operate all deburring equipment and hand tools, including die grinders, drill presses, orbital sanders, buffers, knives and bead blasters. Polish, grind and clean parts. Inspect deburred parts to ensure conformance to quality specifications, using gauges, microscopes and other measuring tools as required. Follow procedures as needed to address non-conformities. May perform basic assembly operations. May perform the Power flush operation or use the borescope. May perform work on the clean line.
