Our team is responsible for customer (member, employer and adviser) insights and reporting. We leverage modern AI-enabled platforms to partner with stakeholders and make insight-lead decision making a daily habit across CFS. Reporting into our Director, Analytics as the Senior Analyst- Analytics & Reporting, you’ll own reporting products that help us unleash value through data‑driven action and decisions.
