Facility Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take responsibility for the professional management of facilities and infrastructure at the Pikkala factory area. In this role, you will manage real estate and facility services, lead outsourced service providers, and plan investments in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure that our production operations are supported by safe, functional, and well ‑ managed facilities – cost ‑ efficiently and with a long ‑ term perspective. Your Key Responsibilities: Facility Operations: Responsibility for the maintenance and performance of 165,000 m ² of industrial facilities Leadership and supervision of outsourced facility maintenance services Supplier Management and Procurement: Managing multiple service providers: Contract oversight, tendering of services, and continuous development of service models Construction and Project Management: Leading renovation, modernization, and selected construction projects Close cooperation with contractors and technical management Financial Management and Investments: Budgeting and long ‑ term investment planning Identifying development opportunities and c...
