Job description

The Insurance Service Agent services existing insurance policies, processing and following up on requested changes and updates received primarily through inbound requests. Job Duties: - Responds to billing and coverage inquiries and proof of insurance requests - Respond to underwriting information requests on in-force policies - Resolve complex billing issues by following up with insurance carrier - Assess members’ insurance needs and educate members on insurance policies and coverage options in order to identify cross sell and referral opportunities - Conduct policy reviews on in-force policies and advise on additional coverages and policies as needed - Maintain up-to-date electronic client files in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements Essential Skills: Location: Hillsboro Corporate Office - Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID) Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $54,150 - $62,938 plus monthly incentives - Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Insurance industry - Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data to reach sound decisions and guide clients based on individual risk tolerances - Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently...
