On-Site Print Center Lead Responsibilities: Print Production and Quality Control: - Operate digital print equipment with accuracy and consistency. - Review job tickets, confirm specifications, and ensure files are correctly prepared before production. - Inspect printed materials throughout the process to ensure high quality work that matches customer expectations. - Perform finishing tasks such as binding, folding, cutting, or assembling as needed. - Use Fiery workflows or similar tools to manage color, file processing, and production queues. - Maintain clean, organized work areas that support efficient production. Customer Service and Communication: - Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers. - Answer questions, clarify job requirements, and communicate timelines clearly. - Provide timely updates and resolve issues with professionalism and care. - Support customers in understanding available services and best practices for preparing their print jobs.
