Purpose of the Role: The Head of Value Management Office (VaMO) is a senior leadership role responsible for operationalizing the CIO’s strategy, creating feedback mechanisms across the organization to inform its leadership, and driving the continuous adoption of agile practices. The role ensures alignment between strategic priorities, investments, performance, and outcomes. The team combines an established Office of the CIO with an agile transformation program team.
