About Us Pacific Partners is a Seattle-based real estate development and consulting firm working across construction, public-private partnerships, and innovation-driven projects. We manage multiple operating entities across real estate development, construction projects, and advisory services, which means coordinating accounting across several business lines and active ventures. We're hiring a part-time, experienced bookkeeper to support our internal accounting operations by keeping our financial data accurate, organized, and actionable. You'll be part of a small, focused team working at the intersection of real estate, finance, and operations. The Role: This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing books for multiple entities. You'll work closely with our CPA and Controller to handle transaction management, reconciliations, and month-end processes, ensuring our books stay clean, current, and ready for reporting. This is an in-person role based in Seattle , with opportunities to grow alongside our expanding portfolio.
