Facilities and Maintenance Technician

Overview: As a Facilities and Maintenance Technician at PTx Precision Planting, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. This position is well suited for individuals with experience or interest in facilities management, construction, mechanical systems, or related trades. You’ll work alongside our experienced team to ensure our buildings, grounds, and equipment are properly maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist with routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general repairs. Support facility improvement projects such as equipment installations. Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all buildings and grounds. Conduct inspections and report on facility conditions. Assist with organization of maintenance supplies and tools. Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and documentation for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Support the setup and teardown of company events, meetings, and training sessions.
