Description We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Porter to join our team at one of our managed communities. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service. Key Responsibilities: - Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks — including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting — in common areas, restrooms, hallways, and other shared spaces to maintain a consistently clean environment. - Facility Upkeep: Ensure lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are always presentable and well-maintained. Promptly identify and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the management team. - Resident & Staff Assistance: Provide courteous, professional support to residents, visitors, and staff as needed, including assistance with directions and other requests. - Stock & Supply Management: Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
