Job Title SET Service Performance Alignment Specialist Job Description: Minimize patient workflow interruption by maximizing uptime through shared expertise and optimized operational frameworks. This includes facilitating business and region key performance indicator (KPI) target setting by leading the cadence, structured process, timely provision of data and consolidation of annual service targets, as well as providing guidance on best practices in service delivery excellence and standards in KPI logic and impact models in cooperation with leadership of businesses and regions. Key areas of responsibilities: Owning subject matter expertise of the services key performance indicator tree, which relates service performance with overall company targets. Ensure alignment of stakeholders and overarching organizational goals/objectives, while various performance improvement initiatives are being executed in B/R/F. Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders in businesses and regions regarding metrics, ensuring they are updated regularly, actively used, and understood by all relevant parties, while gathering feedback and explaining the relevance/importance of each.
