We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor preferably with proven hands-on experience in Aderant Expert, e-billing portals, and insurance/carrier collections to join our established law firm. ABOUT THE ROLE: Klinedinst PC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our AR and collections function. You will oversee the full receivables cycle — from invoice through collections — manage a team of AR and collections specialists, and work closely with attorneys, billing coordinators, and firm leadership to maintain strong cash flow while delivering best in class service to our clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess a team oriented attitude, fluency in legal billing processes, insurance/carrier collections, and e-billing platforms, alongside the leadership skills to drive team performance, foster and promote growth, and drive client satisfaction.
