Job Description: As a Program Team Lead reporting to the campus Provost offices, you will be at the forefront of shaping TSTC's lasting relationships with faculty and students. Accountable for an instructional program or group of programs, you will guide a program and faculty team at a campus location towards achieving remarkable performance results and growing their capabilities in "placing more Texans in great paying jobs." The Program Team Lead will accomplish results by fostering a high trust culture, communicating a path to success, executing goals and commitments, and coaching and developing the potential of faculty and students.
