Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The Senior Manager, GBS Mobility is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of EMEA Mobility operations , providing strategic leadership, Operations governance oversight, and operational direction to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality services at scale. This position operates in a specific GBS region and serves all markets across that region.
