You’ll design the sales organizational structure and staffing, develop the sales strategy and customer base, and oversee all sales activity. Additionally, you will assist with establishing individual sales quotas and goals, and provide sales training and support. Reporting to our General Manager, you’ll manage a team of Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Inside Sales/Customer Service Reps, Outside Sales Reps, and Estimators in an ASSIGNED GEOGRAPHIC TERRITORY in support of construction-based customers. A highlight of your day-to-day will include: Overseeing the sales function. Achieving growth and sales targets. Forecasting expected revenue and profit for existing and new product lines. Implementing sales operational requirements. Review and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
