We are excited to offer the role of a Customer Business Manager - WA This role will report to the Pharmacy WA/SA Field Manager. The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain meaningful and commercially sound relationships with key Pharmacy customers to drive education, product recommendation and brand advocacy (mainly BioCeuticals), enabling us to deliver our business objectives and sales target. Responsibilities include: Build, grow and manage the strategic partnerships with key existing and new Pharmacy customers to increase our footprint, deliver sales and distribution targets, and meet business objectives. - Full commercial responsibility delivering against business objectives and sales targets within territory. This includes pharmacy visits and attending to customers queries regarding BioCeuticals (mainly) and Blackmores products for a pre-determined geographic territory. - Competent product detailing across the BioCeuticals and Blackmores portfolios of products (product knowledge advisory to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants). - Driving recommendation and advocacy via education.
