About the role: Reporting to the Senior Rewards Partner, you will be a reward subject matter expert working on initiatives to support stakeholders within and across EMEA . You will be comfortable exploring a range of compensation and benefit issues and be able to present compelling solutions by drawing upon your experiences and by collaborating well with others. You will have an analytical and resourceful mind-set and be able to present statistical data in an uncomplicated way that adds value and supports decision making. This would be a one year fixed term contract with the potential Responsibilities: Scope, plan and execute all related compensation and benefit programs impacting EMEA in partnership with the local HRBPs. Partner HRBPs and key business and functional leaders to understand the reward priorities for their business areas and markets and plan initiatives that are relevant, timely and are in keeping with regional/global priorities.
